stevenburkhalter May 2, 2017 at 12:09 PM. It doesn't go out to the server, it doesn't go anywhere. there is no record of the document in the logs on the printer/scanner, or on the server. Everytime when my user tries to scan to his email. it comes up with "ERROR" and nothing else.

If you can send emails without problem, then the issue might be related to the printer itself. As configuring the IIS server needs SSL 3.0, so I want to confirm whether your printer supports that. If not, we cannot use client submission to send the emails.
